The Shea is a tall tree of the Sapotaceae family. It is widespread throughout a vast area of central Africa. Its fleshy fruit, similar to a plum, encloses a woody stone from which the valuable butter can be obtained with itsextraordinary regenerating properties. Shea Butter is used for its healing, emollient, anti-stretchmark, anti-wrinkle, elasticising, moisturising, anti-oxidant, soothing and re-epithelising, filming and protective properties, but its exclusive characteristic, the secret that makes it truly unique, is the extremely high content of unsaponifiables, essential substances with which to improve skin tone and, in particular, to maintain its natural elasticity.

The extract is particularly effective in protecting capillary fragility and thanks to the antioxidants present, it prevents damages to the epidermis due to the action of the free radicals, pollution and cleansers that are aggressive on the skin.

Beeswax is a solid substance produced by bees from honey. The bee secretes the wax to construct the hive, the characteristic little cell into which the queen lays her eggs. Raw beeswax is purified and whitened to create white wax or beeswax used in cosmetics and pharmaceuticals for its nourishing properties. The cosmetic properties of Beeswax have been known for thousands of years. It is extensively used in cosmetics and pharmaceutics for its emollient and filming properties. Useful in treating dry, irritable skin with insufficient hydro-lipid film, it helps reconstruct skin lipids, aiding the skin in the restoration of its physiological barrier function.
